Years of experience managing and developing other's restaurants prepared me to assist others with their hospitality operations as a consultant as well as operate my own restaurant. I identified the property, purchased the real estate, raised the necessary capital for the project by developing an investment group, developed a concept, created a budget, oversaw construction, completed build-out on budget, hired the team, and now operate the restaurant, which was profitable by the end of the first full year of operations. I also continue to serve businesses with hospitality consultation under the company FABLEHOSPITALITY. I conduct wine education, presentations, seminars and dinners. Neal started out in public service rather than restaurant service. Armed with a master’s degree from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, he spent two years in Washington at the Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration, monitoring compliance with trade agreements.

Beverly Atkins Pullen

Interim Director, Dept. of Economic Development @Fauquier County, Virginia

Beverly has served Fauquier County over the past 25 years in various roles within county government, working to attract businesses to relocate or start-up in the county. Prior to her government work, Beverly worked in real estate development with The Peterson Company, LLC of Fairfax, Virginia. Beverly earn a BA in Business Administration at Old Dominion University.

Andrea Young

CEO & Co-owner @Hidden Creek Farm, LLC

Andrea is CEO and Co-owner of Hidden Creek Farm, LLC, a 558-acre, science-based, woman-owned and operated regenerative and diversified Organic Certified and Humane Certified farm located in Delaplane, VA. The goal of Hidden Creek Farm is to deliver Local ~ Wholesome ~ Good products to end-consumers and breeders, and to provide exceptional and meaningful Quality-of-Life experiences for livestock, customers, Team, visitors, and family. It's vision is to create and implement innovative and smart processes to create humane, healthy, and productive farming practices in combination with stewardship of the land and service to the broader community. Prior to buying Hidden Creek Farm, Andrea founded several companies including Falcon Systems, and helped found start-ups while with McLean Capital. Andrea holds a BA in Political Economy from Princeton University.
