Using Improvisational Activities to make Groups Interactive

Make any group more interactive using improvisational techniques that help people connect, build social skills, and gain resilience. These can be applied to in-person, online, or phone groups. This is an interactive training. Participants will be invited to join activities and discussion through chat and audio (camera off). Participation is not required. Laughter is anticipated!

Susan Pope is a Peer Support Specialist at Bridgehaven and an Applied Improvisation Facilitator. She helped Bridgehaven create interactive phone groups during pandemic lockdown.
