Creating Community Online: How to Provide Connection and Support in Virtual Groups

The value of breastfeeding support groups isn’t limited to education. It’s the connections attendees develop with each other. Nothing compares to the feeling of being surrounded by other people who have or have had similar experiences. When done well, online support groups are effective and convenient forums to facilitate lasting bonds.
