Scilligence: Managing New Chemical Modalities with Scilligence's Conjugate Builder

The challenge of representing new chemical modalities in legacy software systems highlights an unmet need for a unified platform. Legacy software initially designed for small molecules cannot keep up with the increased complexity of new therapeutics (antibody-drug conjugates, siRNA, mRNA vaccines, and antisense gene therapy). In this talk, we will showcase our Conjugate Builder as a tool that bridges the gap between a chemical-based small molecule informatics system and a letter-based biologics system using HELM (Hierarchical Editing Language for Macromolecules) technology.
