Heidi Skolnik MS, CDN, FACSM
Owner, Nutrition Conditioning, LLC | Nutritionist, Women’s Sports Medicine Center at Hospital for Special Surgery
Considered a thought leader in nutrition, Heidi has influenced many through her media work, writing and thriving consulting business. Her company, Nutrition Conditioning, oversees the Sports Nutrition program at The Juilliard School and the School of American.  Heidi has been part of The Women’s Sports Medicine Center at Hospital for Special Surgery for over 20 years.  Additionally, Heidi served as the team nutritionist with the NY Knicks for 7 years, the Football Giants for 18 years and the NY Mets for 15 years and has worked with the NHL, MLS, WNBA, Olympic competitors, professional cyclists, marathoners, and collegiate athletes. Heidi earned two Masters degrees, one in nutrition and the other in exercise physiology and has authored 4 books, including The Athlete Triad Playbook/Relative Energy Deficiency in Sports  (website; https://athletetriadplaybook.com)  and Nutrient Timing (Human Kinetics).
Elisabeth Jalkiewicz, RDN, LDN

Elisabeth Jalkiewicz, RDN, LDN is a Registered Dietitian with 13years’ experience. As a Nutrition Specialist at American Dairy Association North East, Liz provides dairy nutrition education and outreach programs to health professionals and key influencers, including retail dietitians. She has a diverse background in the food and nutrition industry working in retail, culinary and media production, as well as marketing and communication roles. Liz received her BS in Dietetics from Montclair State University and completed her Dietetic Internship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Food & Culinary Professionals dietetic practice group
