Martha Mannion
Group Director of Rooms Revenue and Distribution Strategy @Dalata Hotel Group
Martha started her hotel career as a graduate manager at Jurys Doyle Hotel Group after graduating from G.M.I.T . Her journey to general manager took her to the UK for a number of years and into every corner of hotel operations. She returned to Ireland in 2006 as general manager of Jurys Inn, Galway. In 2008 Martha joined Dalata Hotel Group and has spent the last 14 years focusing on the whole area of rooms revenue management and distribution.
Susan Colley Doyle
Head of Finance, HR & Revenue Management @Trim Castle Hotel
Susan is a Chartered Accountant with a Degree in Business Management and a Diploma in HRM. She has twenty years of experience in managing the financials and human resources of hotels, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. In the last five years, her passion for figures has spread to the revenue management side of the business, which she thoroughly enjoys. Her passion for learning has led her to lecturing for The Technological University of Shannon. She is also currently completing an MBA at Griffith College.
Warren Mandelbaum
Principal Director of Sales EMEA @IDeaS, a SAS Company
With a proven track record of successfully developing a revenue focused culture and establishing a framework for supporting businesses centrally, Warren has supported various hotel companies in achieving their objectives during his tenure at IDeaS. Warren is closely involved in developing hotels’ technological requirements for enhancing revenues and assisting with decisions to ensure the business’s technology stack is optimised for performance and efficiency. Having held senior management positions operating at an executive level in hospitality including Hilton Worldwide, Whitbread (Premier Inn), Jury’s Inn, glh Hotels and IHG, Warren has built up years of experience, providing him the opportunity to support hotels with their everchanging strategies. Eager to increase the profile of revenue management within the sector, Warren is a member of HOSPA, RMAPI and HSMAI.
