Stephen is the Director of eMobility and EV Battery at Graco, Inc., the world leader in meter, mix, and dispense equipment for adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings. Stephen has over 20 years of experience in adhesives and in-plant automotive manufacturing processes. Stephen received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. Stephen believes that adhesive technology is the key to enabling the breakthrough EV designs of the future. Stephen is passionate about collaborating with manufacturers to drive innovative solutions into early design and assembly processes to reduce risk and lead to more reliable products.
