Dan Reynolds

Dan Reynolds joined 3SI Security Systems in mid-2017 to assume leadership responsibility for the U.S. retail sales team, and to create and execute vertical market strategies to expand the retail customer base and solution offerings. Prior to joining 3SI, Dan worked at Checkpoint Systems, Inc., where he held sales management and strategic retail business development roles and served as Vice President, North America Sales and Customer Service Operations. Dan’s breadth of security solution experience in the retail sector directly supports 3SI’s growth initiatives in those markets. His knowledge of asset protection and Organized Retail Crime (ORC) has been an ongoing asset to expanding 3SI’s market base.
Richard Long, CPP

Richard retired after 30 years with the Newport Beach Police Department where he held several leadership posts and retired as the Detective Services Commander. The bulk of his career was in investigative assignments including Organized Crime, Vice, Intelligence, Crime Suppression Unit (CSU), and Robbery-Homicide. Richard now serves with many organizations including the California Robbery Investigators Association, Chief Special Agents Association of California, the International Association of Chiefs of Police, and the FBI National Academy Associates. Richard has over 150 letters of commendation while at NBPD, he holds a BA degree in Business Management, and as a CPP Certified Protection Professional, he’s board certified in security management through ASIS International.

Tony D’Onofrio is CEO of the consultancy firm TD Insights where he is recognized as a global social media influencer in retail, security, and emerging technologies. Tony is listed as a top 100 Global Retail Influencer 2019 and publishes regularly on multiple global platforms including www.tonydonofrio.com. Tony is currently a Board Member of multiple private equity advanced technologies portfolio companies, regularly mentors Silicon Valley start-ups, and is on the Board of Advisors for the Loss Prevention Research Council. Previously, Tony was Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at Tyco Retail Solutions (now Sensormatic), part of Johnson Controls. At Sensormatic, he managed global customer relationships, marketing, source tagging, and transitioning key security solutions into “as a service” models. His career has included executive roles in both security and information technologies companies. Tony is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University BA and Cleveland State University MBA in USA.
