Titian: Mosaic Enterprise: Sample Management in Large Organisations

Every scientist has a personal sample inventory. This will include materials that could potentially be valuable resources to be shared with other scientists. Although personal inventory may not be routinely tracked or registered, there are a lot of benefits in doing so and thinking big about managing global sample inventory. The benefits of economies of scale, the increased efficiency and cost savings of sharing assets and managing storage resources efficiently are just a few examples.

This webinar will detail the benefits of large-scale deployments showing cases of unproductive and costly practices that demonstrate the need to think globally. It will also look at what the recipes for success are.
