Roundtable: What Restaurants Are Doing to Survive and Navigate the COVID-19 Fallout
Join us for a roundtable with restaurateurs to share ideas about how to move forward as COVID-19 radically alters the industry landscape. Are you shifting your model? Changing how you staff? Negotiating solutions with purveyors or landlords? Looking for different kinds of financing? We're putting everything on the table in the hopes that restaurateurs give each other ideas that will help them navigate and survive until we're able to return to business as usual. We'll kick off with a panel of restaurateurs offering ideas, and then open it to audience participation. We'll also have attorneys participate to give guidance on compliance and legality.
