Peer Assessment with the Australia Council - information and Q&A session

The Australia Council is currently recruiting new peer assessors to support arm’s length funding decisions.

A peer assessor is someone who has knowledge or experience of the arts sector and can make a fair and informed assessment of applications for funding.

This knowledge and experience can come from a practising artist, arts worker or industry expert in one or more art forms. Council needs peers who understand all parts of the artistic process, and are representative of geography, cultural backgrounds, age, gender and ability.

This live online session provides an opportunity to hear about the peer experience and to ask staff questions about the role and application process.

This session will be Auslan interpreted and live captioned.
